Add CI

Currently the project doesn't have a CI set up, however this would be useful to track regression.

This issue depends on PR #5 because we would like to use a released version of the JerryScript.

I'm ready with the necessary modification to test the build on the master, once #5 is landed I'm going to open the PR for it.
