This document governs repository contribution rights only. It does not by itself define trademark rights, certification rights, branding rights, or broader ecosystem policies. Those topics are governed separately where applicable.
By submitting a contribution, you grant to Graiphic and to recipients of material distributed by Graiphic a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable license to:
- use the contribution,
- reproduce the contribution,
- prepare derivative works of the contribution,
- publicly display the contribution,
- publicly perform the contribution,
- sublicense the contribution,
- distribute the contribution and derivative works.
By submitting a contribution, you confirm that:
- you are the original author of the contribution, or
- you have the legal right to submit the contribution under the repository contribution terms.
The signature process is handled automatically by CLA Assistant.
When you open a Pull Request, if you have not already signed the CLA, you will be prompted to sign it using your GitHub account.
By submitting a Pull Request, commit, or other contribution to this repository, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms of this Contributor License Agreement.
