Refactor README as clean landing page and create detailed technical docs

- Clean, concise README.md focused on screenshot, philosophy, and quick start
- Move comprehensive technical content to docs/detailed-overview.md
- Add comparison table showing differences from traditional PM tools
- Remove pricing mentions for more professional presentation
- Remove artificial development timelines from roadmap
- Preserve all valuable content while improving navigation
