As a publisher I would like to be able to have full control and auditability of any 3rd party JS tags running on my web properties. Assets should be able to be visible to me, served in first party context, fetchable from my existing origin (to prevent changes to existing CMS workflows), cachable at the CDN level, and conditionally injected by my TS edge compute app.
