BUG - CoDICE L3a Lo heplus2-3d-distribution fails (Phase D deferred)

Description of the issue

The CoDICE L3a Lo heplus2-3d-distribution processing currently fails.

Steps to reproduce the issue

python imap_l3_data_processor.py --instrument codice --data-level l3a --descriptor lo-heplus2-3d-distribution --start-date 20260323 --version v001 --dependency imap_codice_l3a_lo-heplus2-3d-distribution-71de58d0_20260323_v001.json

Additional notes, affected areas, and suggested fixes

It appears that this is due to a mismatch between the descriptor using heplus2 for the species name and the efficiency ancillary file imap_codice_l2-lo-efficiency_20251212_v003.csv using heplusplus.

Since we're using "plusplus" in the partial densities, I'm thinking we should probably make both the product and the variable in this case "plusplus"
