[XPLAT docs] Links between topics are throwing 404 errors

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to any topic that links to another. For example: https://staging.infragistics.com/products/ignite-ui-web-components/web-components/components/charts/types/pie-chart#additional-resources

2. Click on a link to another topic.

Result:
404 error

Expected:
Should navigate to the intended topic.

Notes
This seems to be due to the ending "/" character at the end of the URL. If this is removed, the 404 does not occur
