Move notebook to correct directory and delete misspelled folder

Thanks for publishing these tutorials. While going through them,
I noticed a duplicated notebook and a typo in a directory name.

This PR includes the following changes:

- Move the latest version of `gcs_aws_direct_access.ipynb` into the correct `notebooks/` directory
- Remove the incorrectly named `noteboooks/` folder
