什么时候查这里

• 处理 Windows、PowerShell、WSL、Git Bash、文本编码或本地工具链问题。

不放什么

• 当前机器的真实路径、账号、cache 或 SSH 地址；这些只放 local/。

目录内容

当前正文尚未迁移。新增通用环境经验时直接在本目录登记；具体失败放未来的 incidents/。

已有的 Windows/PowerShell 相关经验目前分布在远端主题下：PowerShell 引号与远端脚本 投递门禁见 远端 guides（debug-basics、ssh-workflow）； Windows ControlMaster/fail2ban 等历史失败见 远端 incidents。
