feature request: call to get all static ips in a subnet

I would like to have the possibility to get all the static hosts defined in a subnet. Would this be possible with this library ?

Not sure if it's in the code already but you will need to use the wAPI call "network", I will test it and verify

I have looked a little inside this and it seems to be a bit more complicated. first we need to define: what is a static ip ? because Infoblox has severals: hosts with DNS A record, a DHCP reservation based on MAC address, is that also a static ? There is no single call that will return all of them. I think i will need a walk in the subnet and retrieve the info of each IP individually
