Update DMQ node to `0.7.0.0`

Why

The new 0.7.0.0 release of the DMQ node has been created and we need to roll it out in testing and (pre)production Mithril networks and make it the default version in Mithril documentation.

What

Make the 0.7.0.0 version of the DMQ node the official supported version for Mithril nodes.

How

• Support new CLI option for fast pace diffusion in e2e test
• Update the configuration of the DMQ node:
  • In documentation
  • In infrastructure
  • In end to end tests
• Update documentation:
  • Update the version of the DMQ node in Run a Mithril signer node
  • Update the version of the DMQ node in Run a Mithril aggregator node
  • Update the version of the DMQ node in Network configurations
  • Update the networks.json with the supported DMQ node version:
    • preview
    • preprod
    • mainnet
  • Make the DMQ node stable (beta):

• Deploy the new version of the DMQ node to
