1. Definitions
“Software” means all source code, object code, build scripts, configuration files, assets,
and documentation contained in this repository, including any portion thereof.

“Licensor” means the copyright holder named above.

The Software is proprietary and owned exclusively by the Licensor. No rights are granted
except as expressly stated in this License. All intellectual property rights in and to the
Software remain with the Licensor.

3. No License Granted
No license is granted under any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other
intellectual property right, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, except for
the limited permission in Section 4.

Permission is granted solely to access and view the Software via this repository for

For avoidance of doubt: the availability of “fork”, “download”, or similar functionality on
a hosting platform does not grant permission to do any of the acts prohibited above.

6. Third-Party Components
The Software may include or depend on third-party components subject to separate licenses.
Those components remain governed by their respective licenses. This License applies only to
the Licensor’s rights in the Software.

7. Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Software, you grant the Licensor
a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, and
incorporate such feedback without restriction or compensation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE
LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT,
TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE
USE OF OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

10. Termination
Any breach of this License terminates the permission granted in Section 4 immediately and
automatically. Upon termination, you must cease all access and viewing of the Software and
destroy any copies in your possession or control.

12. Governing Law
This License shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding
its conflict of laws rules.
