View of greek symbol is empty

If i use a greek letter, the tree view for that symbol is empty. Is this a known issue?

It's not known, and it is a problem, thanks for reporting! This is presumably to do with the LaTeX environment used for compiling. It could be tricky to fix with standard LaTeX.

came to report the same. It seems TreeView.jl cannot in general handle unicode characters

fwiw, it seems latexify can handle them (or at least some of them)

fwiw, I tested a bit and it seems using Latexify as backend here would solve the issue.

@dpsanders how would you feel about using Latexify.jl as backend to create the labels when printing?
