Test for query in data source success but keeps running

[This test](https://github.com/KNowledgeOnWebScale/walder/blob/development/test/handlers/graphql-ld-handler.js#L205) succeeds but keeps running. At the moment the test is skipped, but it should be enabled again. I think that the issue is somewhere when executing the queries via Comunica and we don't close everything.
