support for debian 13?

This would actually work on Debian 13 — if only the PostgreSQL dependency had been handled properly… and a couple more packages installed.

Debian 13 support is on our backlog along with the other community suggestions from the issue tracker. We don't have a specific release date for the new version yet.

@alepensato I’ve also noticed that OpenVAS doesn’t build on Debian 12 anymore. Looks like the library versions have moved forward and development has shifted to Debian 13. @johnathost
