Add sources for the different downloads (KUAL, MPRI, Hotfix, etc.)

There are a lot of different files that can be downloaded from the wiki but there are no links to the actual source code.

Some source code can be found under the KindleModding account but for example I couldn't find source code for MPRI at all.

Ideally all of source code should be linked directly under the download links.

I would make a PR for this but I don't have the knowledge of which repositories/forks should be used.

You can unpack MRPI with KindleTool, it's plain sh that runs another edition of KindleTool to unpack update files. Probably under NiLuJe. Either way, MRPI should be abolished, so theres a large chance it just won't be there in the next wiki revision because it's an impractical way of running code
