Bump xmldom and fabric

Removes [xmldom](https://github.com/xmldom/xmldom). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [fabric](https://github.com/fabricjs/fabric.js). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `xmldom`

Updates `fabric` from 2.7.0 to 5.2.4
