* Update of dateFinalized when Status code is complete in clinPathRuns

* Add schedule to run at 4:50 each day

* Update descriptions in clinPathDateFinalized.xml

Cleaned up the Description for the ETL and also for the transform statement

* Update clinPathDateFinalized.xml

* Fix cron expression hour format in XML
