[QA] 'extract here' menu entry missing with ownCloud web app

Seen with ownCloud 10.15.0-rc.1 and extract-1.3.7 and web-7.0.3

• Using the classic Web UI (with web app disabled), the three dots menu has the 'extract here' option. OK
• using web app, (aka "New Design") the right click menu has no 'extract here' BAD.
  Thus the extract feature is unavailable then.

Workaround:

• use task switcher, and select 'Classic Design'
