[Bug]: Colour mode Switching

What happened

Let's say if I'm in dark mode 1 and now I want to switch to dark mode 2 or 3, when I click the icon, it Automatically getting changed to opposite, from dark to light or light to dark. So eveytime I need to switch it back to dark again.

Steps to reproduce

Click the theme icon.
Choose theme.
Now again click the theme icon

That was a feature to quickly change from dark to light mode, but I'll consider opening the panel instead without the quick action.
