What happened
This sort of falls between feature request and a bug, but when I selected a batch of files it imported those files as one note and then listed each filename in the files section, which is fine. However, if I am in the files tag and search "joke1.jpg" it brings up the associated note it was uploaded into. That note then just has a bulk list of all the files associated with the note. In this case, joke1 is about 80% down the list and there is no way to search within the note for the image name.
Will it ever be possible to jump straight to the filename in a note or search the file title within the note, and possibly even view the image without downloading?
Alternatively, It looks like I could upload every single file individually, creating one note per image, and it might be easier, except having to individually upload them all.
Steps to reproduce
- Bulk uploaded batches of files that I planned to categorize "Humor" I figured bulk upload would be most efficient
- Searched for one of the comics I frequently reference "joke1" within the files tag and clicking on it takes me to the humor note
- spent a while finding the thumbnail I needed because there was no way to search the filename within the note.
What worked as planned was that it uploaded all filetypes, which is awesome! But quick accessing various file types became time consuming.
