Describe the bug
My wife's loop crashed this afternoon with the following message:
Critical Pod Fault 203. Insulin delivery stopped. Change Pod now
Attach an Issue Report

Tap the Loop settings icon on the bottom of the screen, then tap Issue Report and attach it to this ticket.
To Reproduce
This is the first time this happened. I got home about 20 minutes later so the diagnostic may not be of much use

Additional context
She was not doing anything out of the ordinary at the time. She was just sitting at her computer when her pod starting a high pitch noise. Having said that, she did say that her Loop reported a problem finding her sensor. She checked the G7 app and the sensor was working. She waited <5 minutes and it reconnected on its own.
