[Request]: Add BMP / Windows BitMap Support

I'm a video editor. Oftentimes, I have to use older programs as part of my work - some of them unable to output in any image format other than BMP. I'd like to use Caesium to batch convert these files, but the program doesn't support bitmap images. I'd imagine this wouldn't be a difficult thing to add, considering most windows development toolsets include BMP support already.

Caesium v1 used to support BMP, but I removed it in v2 for a couple of reasons:

• BMP usually can't be compressed any further keeping the file format
• It's a pretty obsolete format that's rarely used

The only thing that makes sense to me is to support BMP in input only to be converted to one of the supported formats. I'll keep this in mind going into v3. Thanks!

Yes, dragging in BMP format files has no effect; I need to convert the format before dragging them in.

BMP as an import-only file type is fine, especially if it can't be compressed well while maintaining its format.

I can allow to import BMP but then the UI/UX gets a little weird I think: there's no dedicated options for that format and the only thing you can do is to convert them to another format. But remember that Caesium is a batch compressor, so if you select, for example, JPG as output format and import a mix of JPG, BMP and PNG, all of them will be converted to JPG, which is not something you might want to do.

I'm still unsure about adding BMP support to be honest.

One of the areas where BMP files are commonly used is in Windows software development for UI elements, icons, etc.

Batch converting BMP to PNG could be useful when migrating from a desktop app to a web app for example.
