I'm trying out Caesium Image Compressor to compress images processed with Lightroom and enriched with EXIF and IPTC metadata (Keywords, Title, Alt Text, Legend, etc.). In all cases, the "Keep metadata" option is checked, "Ignore if output size is larger than original" is unchecked. I've noticed that while JPG compression preserves the metadata, WebP compression does not.
I'm using Windows 11 Professional 25H2 and Caesium Image Compressor 2.8.5, and I hope this bug will be fixed soon. Thank you in advance.
