+Bailey presented her systematic review titled "Task, Bond, and Goal," examining the relationship between Therapeutic Alliance (TA) and clinical outcomes. As part of the PREDICTOR Study, this review investigated how these associations vary depending on whether the patient or clinician is rating the alliance, and which specific subscales (Task, Goal, or Bond) are most predictive.

+💡 Highlights: 
+
+1️⃣ After screening over 3,500 records, we included 241 studies to analyze links between TA and outcomes like symptom change, functioning, and dropout. 
+
+2️⃣ For patient-rated alliance, the Bond dimension consistently showed the strongest associations with positive outcomes compared to Task and Goal dimensions. 
+
+3️⃣ Clinician ratings showed fewer strong associations overall, but the Task and Goal dimensions frequently demonstrated similar levels of association with outcomes.
+
+🚀 These findings informed our decision to use the Session Alliance Inventory (SAI) in the PREDICTOR study. By combining Task and Goal into a single dimension, the SAI provides greater representation of the critical Bond dimension while reducing participant burden through a concise 6-item format.
