Update CD logo assets with new designs

Replaced the PDF, PNG, and SVG files for both light and dark versions of the CD logo in the assets/img/cd directory. The SVG files show significant changes in dimensions and path data, indicating a refreshed or redesigned logo.

Refreshed the logo-dark assets (PDF, PNG, SVG) with updated design elements. The SVG now includes additional white rectangles and blend effects, as well as changes to filter IDs and groupings, reflecting a new or enhanced visual style.
