change `--containerize` to apptainer instead of Dockerfile format

• the latest Snakemake now supports containerization recipes in Dockerfile and apptainer format
• this makes the use of spython conversion of Dockerfile to singularity/apptainer recipe unnecessary
• need to test and then change the deploy container workflow accordingly
