Merge fix/replace-dotnetzip: replace DotNetZip with built-in ZLibStream

Fixes cross-platform compression inconsistency that caused corrupted
archives when packaging on Linux. DotNetZip produced different output
on Linux vs Windows, leading to Base64 decryption failures downstream.
