Shows only black frames

hi on Tahoe it shows only black frames, i set time to 20s then 60s, doesnt helped..

Could you please confirm:

1. Multiple videos are affected in different formats
2. You've tried values like 65, 32, etc (crazy idea that exactly frames which are multiple of 20 are black)

I downloaded one of the files in the screenshot and can reproduce the problem.

My anothe wild guess is simple re-encode with ffmpeg (I'd use Handbrake GUI) will fix the problem.
