First could be used with a pre-made list of known cheater accounts to either exclude them from the in-game IR display or to mark them in red for example. Shouldn't be too hard since Rival Leaderboards is basically this but in reverse
Second would allow you to add nicknames tied to specific accounts so that you can always know what is Lunaravekun's current nickname
