Use this issue to suggest a high-quality Python library, framework, package, or developer tool that may be missing from the repository.

Before suggesting a project, please search the README and existing issues to make sure it has not already been included or proposed.

General inclusion criteria

Projects should generally have:

  • A clear and legitimate purpose
  • Official documentation
  • A canonical source repository
  • A recognized license
  • Meaningful usefulness
  • Evidence of active maintenance or enduring ecosystem value
  • Correct and safe installation information

GitHub stars alone are not sufficient for inclusion.

Projects may be declined when they are abandoned, misleading, malicious, redundant, undocumented, improperly licensed, or too early to evaluate responsibly.
