Hi @JinyuHan99, we have just recently dropped support for 3.9 on geoh5py, which was causing conflict with 3.12. Geoapps has NOT been officially tested and released for Python >=3.11. So while it may work, you will have to build your own environment for now.

We will use this issue to make sure we upgrade geoapps in the next few weeks.
