Sort out how to add a link to the HOTOSM slack in the footer

OpenStreetMapUS has one in the footer, but I was not able figure out the correct path in the config.yml file.

Here is what Missing Maps current looks like:

And here is what OpenStreetMapUS looks like.

So it must be possible!
