Subcategories in cashflow report

I noticed that if you use recurring expenses, the cashflow report treats that as separate from expenses and shows them as a separate category. I was not expecting that. I would expect them to just be rolled in.

Having the ability to expand a specific category to have all itssubcategories show in the cash flow report would be a great feature for me.

This part of the bug is fixed. The full tree expansion of subcategories will take more work...
