📁 Improved SQL Learning Path Structure

This document outlines the new, cleaner project structure that separates different types of content for better organization and maintainability.

🎯 Structure Goals

  • Separate content types (documentation, code, exercises)
  • Consistent naming across all folders
  • Clear purpose for each directory
  • Easy navigation between related materials
  • Professional organization following industry standards

📋 Naming Conventions

Folders

  • Use lowercase with hyphens: data-types, basic-queries
  • Number prefixes for learning order: 01-basics, 02-data-types
  • Clear, descriptive names

Files

  • Documentation: lowercase with hyphens: what-is-sql.md
  • SQL Files: lowercase with hyphens: basic-queries.sql
  • README files: Always uppercase: README.md

Content Organization

  • Each topic gets both documentation (docs/) and code (sql/)
  • Related materials grouped together
  • Progressive difficulty within each folder
