Would be great to have this adressed:

bgcflow serve

• bgcflow serve will return a list of available projects that can be reported
• Instead of opening port, links to static htmls (antismash, bigscape) are hosted in docs/assets
• add wrapper for metabase?
• don't rewrite main.py and index.yaml if it is already there
• categorize rules so they don't clutter the report

create tests

• build test to make sure snakemake repository is alive
• build test to make sure mkdocs is running

update docs
