feat(reasoning): add export dropdown with markdown/LaTeX options

- Add Export .md dropdown with Quick Export and AI Enhanced options
- Add Export .tex options (pplx_alpha fast and Sonnet+Search modes)
- Implement exportReasoningMarkdown and exportReasoningLatex API functions
- Add loading states and proper file download handling
