feat: add playground feature with fullscreen modal and NeuronLab styling

- Add PlaygroundViewer component using Sandpack with NeuronLab theme
- Add Playground tab button that opens fullscreen modal
- Update Problem type with playground_enabled and playground_code fields
- Add @codesandbox/sandpack-react dependency
