Add Farcaster's Snapchain service to Farcaster node #695

Farcaster is upgrading their node to require running an additional service called Snapchain https://github.com/farcasterxyz/snapchain/blob/main/docker-compose.mainnet.yml
To support this, we should add an new container controller call snapchain and add it to the Farcaster container package controller here and here respectively https://github.com/NiceNode/controller-api/tree/main/src/app/api/controller/NodeSpecs and https://github.com/NiceNode/controller-api/blob/1463aaf909b687a264a6203498bdc97fa4de05d7/src/app/api/controller/NodeSpecs/farcaster/farcaster-v1.0.0.json#L10
