[bug?] email link does not contain token or ref

The invitation link in the email does not have token, is this right?
If so, with invitation only mode, new users cannot be registered

Hi!

This plugin was made before the "invitation-only" feature of NodeBB existed, so it is designed to function in "Normal Registration" mode.

Instead of tokens, it uses a whitelist of email addresses when a new user tries to register. (Anyone not on the whitelist will receive an error message.)

Let me know if you run into any issues with Normal Registration and I can probably help out.

I have an issue open to integrate this plugin with the native NodeBB invitations, but I don't have much time nowadays. :(
