Alternative for pysqlite3 and PyQT5 for Mac(ARM)

PyQT5 and pysqlite3 are not supported on the latest arm-based mac.

Steps to Reproduce:
Env: Mac(ARM-based chipset)

1. Clone the repository
2. pip3 install -r requirements.txt
