How to enable accessibility to a label without text

Hello ,

I m trying to make my app accesible without any issues.
While doing so, i have came to a situation where i have to enable talk back for a label which actually does not exits on the screen,but still for better accessibility ,i have to call out that label.

For example, every time the user go to a new screen ,it should call out the screenname,but since there's no visible text which tells the user on which screen they are,talk back is not wkorking. So is there a way through which we can make a label accessible without any visible text on the app.
