For Portuguese, I suggest to use English name of the language. I think it is safe to assume that readers here will be able to recognize name of their language in English and the website language is English. This is easier for whoever reads in English and does not create additional challenge for languages not using latin alphabet ("தமிழ்" is not immediately obvious, while "Tamil" gives people a higher chance of recognizing that as a language name). Notably, our list is different from, e.g., Wikipedia's list of languages (where the language names are in the given language), as the languages in grass-tutorials are mixed with other categories which are in English.
