With the introduction of Custom Fields on Releases last year the step to create a release was not updated.
The step does not support this feature, and it does not seem possible to use it using the "deprecated" AdditionalArguments input.
The GitHub action was however updated.
Expected behaviour would be to have an additional input for the custom fields of releases.
