LSP 3.18 Support

LSP 3.18 was made current last week (microsoft/language-server-protocol#2264).

Is there any chance of this being updated to support the new commands (e.g. inline completions, dynamic text document content, etc.) or are we on our own to implement them?

The last release was three years ago and the main project that drove the development of this library, OmniSharp, is no longer doing so since the C# extension for VS Code switched to their Roslyn/LSP stack which to my knowledge is not reusable. That's unfortunately left us in a bit of pickle, hasn't it?
