Issue With Web Integration

Summary

Manually installed OneKeePass on my bazzite OS and enabled web integrations, but connection never found.

What software is involved?

• Operating System: Bazzite version 44.20260501
• OneKeePass: 0.20.0
• OneKeePass FireFox extension: latest and auto update enabled.
• Firefox: 150.0.2.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Manually install OneKeePass via rpm -- rpm-ostree install OneKeePass.X.XX.X.rpm. Then reboot system to apply changes via systemctl reboot.
2. Install FireFox extension -- https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/onekeepass-browser/
3. Close FireFox
4. Open OneKeePass and enable Web integrations along with Firefox
5. Open a DB.
6. Attempt to use within browser.

Expected Behavior

Connected to my local OneKeePass connection.

Actual Behavior

OneKeePass application doesn't seem to be seen by the FireFox extension.

This might be because I am missing something, but the documentations didn't seem to mention anything relavent. This product works/looks great though!

Thanks for checking. Is there any popup message you see on the browser?

Can you check using the Appimage version build of the app?

Thank you for getting back to me!

The message I see on the popup is

Please install the latest platform specific OneKeePass App

Need to enable the browser extension use in the app's settings

Then you can connect the browser extension to the main App

And it doesn't seem to change.

I will try out the Appimage instead and come back to you with the results.

Hello there!

I just tested the Appimage instead after uninstalling the RPM one -- then reboot to make sure.

It seems to do nothing. Nothing loads and cannot close the Appimage at all. Only a reboot closes the Windows.

The only thing that is interactive was the menu bar, but not options worked,
