Blocks code in tabs gets confused

To reproduce.
1 - close all tabs
2 - connect to an XRP via USB.
3 - Open two different blocks programs
4 - refresh the browser
5 - It should come up with the 2nd tab in front. Click on the 1st tab.
6 - Connect the XRP via USB

When it connects the 1st tab blocks program will go blank and the blocks from the 1st tabs program will be in the 2nd tab.

I put a print statement in the blocks, and I can't reproduce it.
