[FEATURE] Add transferable projects

Problem

So sometimes you want to switch between devices when your editing, however I don't think OpenCut currently has that functionality.

Solution

Adding a Export as Project function that will export the project file that can be imported on OpenCut to another computer.

Alternative:

• add another way to transfer projects (like accounts?)

Maybe this could be in a json file.

actually accounts wont work since OpenCut claims to never use the cloud to store data which means that there should just be a file to load the projects.
