Incorrect path to ogp-sprite.png in css files

In Windows, ogp.css and ogpLib.css build with the incorrect path to ogp-sprite.png, causing user interface elements to fail to load. The path is created as "../resources/media/ogp-sprite.png" but should be "../media/ogp-sprite.png".
