[Bug]: Codex Provider Status Error #103

Steps to reproduce
Homebrew install of Codex, error on load, error on manual path update.
Expected behavior
Would automatically recognize homebrew, /opt/homebrew/bin when its in $PATH for zsh as well as lanchctl set env.
Actual behavior
Does not find Codex binary.

Workaround
Had this issue in early versions of T3, but was recently fixed as of about a week ago, likely came over with fork. Not sure the exact fix that was made, but had resolved both mac and linux issues with update.
