Comparing TABULAR thermo data with CEA

I see a tab_cea_comparison.py file under thermo/tabular that is depreciated and does not work.

This is an addon file that you can use to check the error between the two solution methods. i.e CEA and tabular.
Yeah, this file might cause confusion in the thermo folder and should be moved to the examples folder.
